Philip T. Adams
President

Phil Adams joined Sea Change Systems in 1999 and was named president in 2006. Under his leadership, the company’s customer base has grown from less than 10 clients to nearly 100 businesses in Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and across New England.

With more than 25 years of IT experience encompassing most aspects of Information Technology deployment and management, Phil is responsible for all business operations including strategic planning, business development, administration, and staffing.

He continues to drive exploration in new areas of technology and development of service programs that provide timely, efficient, and practical business solutions.

Gregory Goodwin

Greg Goodwin came to Sea Change Systems in 2001 bringing a career of solid experience in Information Technology and management ranging from infrastructure deployments through complex systems integration.

At Sea Change, Greg is responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality service to each of our clients regardless of their size and supervising the Sea Change technical staff through all levels of project management and support.

He is credited with the transition of transactional processing systems in the financial industry, data center design for asset management, and multi-site development of secure wide-area-networks in the software development industry.

Bob joined Sea Change in 2011 with overall responsibility for delivery of our remote centralized services, monitoring, patch management, and supervising our help desk.

He came to Sea Change with many years of experience in the service area of Information Technology. In just a short time he has already been recognized by our clients as an innovator in the delivery of IT response with a unique understanding of the operational needs of the small business workplace.
